My Foggy Low Tide Morning at Muir Beach

Low tides are the perfect opportunity to explore and they are not always at the most convenient times. This past weeks minus tide in the morning is perfect for me and I was hoping to sneak away to the beach. Without much success today was my last chance and I seized the moment. I left my sun bathed house before 7:00 AM, drove up the mountain to dive down into the fog or Muir Woods and then the beach. I did not regret it. When we arrived at the parking lot there may have been 5 cars that beat us, the perfect time to be at the beach. It was better than I had imagined no wind and really not cold just that heavy foggy mist in the air ready to be breathed in. Ollie and I walked up and down the beach for hours checking out all the colorful sea life that is usually hidden by the salty sea water.
