I must have listened to this interview four times and heard something new each time. This is an inspiring author interview on Fresh Air  from the NPR station  WHYY with Dave Davies. He is in conversation with Jonah Lehrer, a scientist, about where ones moments of insight come from. Helping us to understand that we can turn off the inhibiting parts of our brain. Listen to the interview, it is worth your time and it may help you think differently about the creative process and where those epiphany’s come from.

    Thanks for this post. I loved listening to Jonah Lehrer on the topic of creativity. I have ordered his book and look forward to reading it!

      Glad you liked the interview. I personally listened to it over and over again he seemed to validate everything I thought was true.
